Ostrich is a marketplace that connects buyers who can't find the right property on the open market with owners who are considering selling.
By empowering owners to list early, we give buyers access to unique homes long before they reach the market.
Is Ostrich free?
Yes, Ostrich is completely free for buyers!
If you are an owner, it is free to list your home. We cover the cost of photography, floor plans, and everything else needed to get you set up.
If a buyer we introduce goes on to purchase your home, we charge a 1% commission plus VAT. You can leave Ostrich anytime with no strings attached.

Ostrich lists all types of properties across Camden, Hammersmith & Fulham, Hackney, Haringey, Islington, Kensington & Chelsea, Lambeth, Southwark, Wandsworth and Westminster.
Why do I need to sign up to see properties?
Since our homes aren't listed publicly, we ask you to sign up before viewing full details. This helps protect the privacy of owners who are considering selling.

How do I list my home?
Listing on Ostrich is simple and free. The first step is to book an appointment online for our photographer to visit your home. They'll take photos and gather measurements for a floor plan.
