If you're an owner, it's free to list your home. We cover the cost of photography, floor plans, and everything else needed to get you set up.

If a buyer we introduce goes on to purchase your home, we charge a 1% commission (including VAT). You can leave Ostrich anytime with no strings attached.

Ostrich lists all types of properties across Islington, Hackney, Crouch End, Harringay and Kentish Town. You can find a full list of all areas we cover in our Help Centre.

Since our homes aren't listed publicly, we ask you to sign up before viewing full details. This helps protect the privacy of owners who are considering selling.

Once you've registered, you'll be able to see photos, floor plans, and property descriptions.

Listing on Ostrich is simple and free. The first step is to book an appointment online for our photographer to visit your home. They'll take photos and gather measurements for a floor plan.
